I evaluate every client and develop a training program for each person. I want to make sure that my personal training programs incorporate balance, stability, strength and power exercises.  I also incorporate stretching, yoga, Pilates, and even some martial arts into my workouts as I deem them necessary.  Knowledge from different discipline’s only help clients achieve their goals.
